In recent decades, the building has repeatedly been refurbished according to the needs of changing tenants. The investor IMMOFNANZ Group commissioned a brief to develop a building with only offices, with open terraces and large green areas. The historic building is connected with the new block together providing approximately 7,600 square meters of A-class offices and retail areas for lease in the prime location in the Prague centre.
