This design dealt with several alternatives of development at a prominent corner – this one closes the vast complex of the former ČKD polovodiče industrial site. Buildings along Budějovická were refurbished to offices one by one. Those towards the centre of Pankrác – the so–called ´Pentagon´ with the highest buildings in Prague – had to be topped by a new landmark. It had to define the corner of a busy crossing exactly and endorse other high-rises at the centre of the Pankrác neighbourhood.
