Four five-story structures respect the surrounding development and align their proportions with the panel housing estate buildings. The proposed residential buildings are intended to represent accessible residential construction. They are meant to integrate into the surrounding existing development, complement it appropriately, and ensure pedestrian connectivity throughout the area. The buildings have a simple massing concept, with their mutual cooperation being the fundamental idea. They should not stand out as individuals but as a group, rows that help define the previously fragmented street environment. The buildings have a block-like shape without projecting sections, add-ons, or other divisions. The strength of the concept lies in the rhythm of the whole. Simple facade shapes are detailed with individual segments, from which balcony structures emerge in an irregular grid. The design of the residential buildings emphasizes simple solutions, austerity, and minimalism. The proposed buildings are a characteristic representation of accessible residential construction based on the typology of the existing development in the given location. They are typologically integrated into the original residential structures, both in form and location, following the principles of urban composition in the area. The facade surface is rhythmically divided by negative joints in the colour of the facade, creating optical segments - squares. In segments with concrete balconies, the plaster is replaced by cladding. In places where the underground levels extend above ground level (apart from the mentioned entrances to the buildings), the facades of these levels will be designed as green "outdoor grilles" made of steel.
