The housing complex was built in cooperation of three architectural practices – ARKÁDA, KAMA and DaM on a green field. The urbanistic concept based on a simple street network copying the shape of a natural amphitheatre perfectly makes for the breathtaking view of Prague. The variety of houses meets different requirements of clients. You can find traditional houses as well as luxury villas here. Their architecture emphasises simple shapes, spatial and layout purity, and colours you cannot pass unnoticed. The vast housing complex was inspired by two pre-war developments – Weissenhof in Stuttgart and Baba in Prague 6.
